Benadir University hosted a 1-day comprehensive training on human resource management for administrative staff on May 18, 2023, at the Prof. Addow Campus.
The university rector, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mohamoud Hassan (Biday), graced the training, where he pointed out the relevance of human resource management skills in the delivery of university services.
Mr. Abdisalam Keinan, the training presenter, discussed the value of employee engagement with practical sessions to ensure that the training achieves its target objective of developing staff knowledge, skills, and concepts needed to resolve management problems.
The training was designed for administrative staff from different offices, focusing on the topic “employee engagement.” The training was organized as part of the university’s goal of building its employees’ skills as key to quality service delivery.
The university rector commended the staff members for attending the training as well as Mr. Keinan for his professional delivery of the training content. “As the rector, I believe this training will introduce you to new skills needed for advancing service delivery.”
